Skyline Dynamics, the Riyadh-based digital transformation specialists for Grocery Retail and F&B, are pleased to announce the launch of Burger King Arabia’s new digital channels: home delivery ordering through web, mobile and in-store kiosk.
We designed and built the Burger King solution with full bi-directional integration with NCR POS, pushing home delivery orders directly to restaurants. This is the first Burger King application in the world to achieve end-to-end automated ordering and home delivery.
The key objectives of the project were to increase sales by attracting new customers and by increasing ARPU. We met those goals with our passionate focus on User Experience, and by building convenient customer-oriented features such as My Favourites, Order History and One-Touch Re-Order to encourage repeat visits.
To further increase sales and footfall we’ve included Skyline Dynamics’ MCX mobile marketing platform, which delivers highly targeted multimedia promotions to customers based on in-app behaviour, purchase history, location and many other factors.
The next phase of the project will include Google’s asset tracking technology to let customers track their order delivery in real-time, and to help Burger King make huge improvements to their operational efficiency.
Burger King Mobile & Online Home Delivery has launched in Saudi Arabia and can be found at https://burgerking.delivery and in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Service will be expanding into UAE shortly, with additional markets across the GCC and Middle East coming online through 2017 and beyond.
